I'm no runner

So, I ran a little on the treadmill today. I don't know why. I was walking like a normal person and decided to press some buttons and speed things up. Went a little crazy and figured I'd give it a shot. Bad idea. Running is not fun. I can't believe that there are people in this world that run for pleasure. What joy is there in this torture? I've got to know. I'll keep looking into it and report back anything I learn.
